"He must have had his friend give him 5 stars u know how some companies do it to make themselves look good. Put it like this I have yet to meet the guy ever. They never answer there phone. I've literally called 15 times in a day many different times. Only used this guy because my grandpa was using him and I was going to get a discount but after a couple months they took it away. WIth so many other insurance agents out there Save yourself the trouble ad look elsewhere. Get ready another 5 star review is comin"

"Incredible team. Scott has manged all my insurance policies for over 10 years now. From auto to home and everything else in-between. Everyone has a time where they need their insurance guy/girl to help them through a stressful accident. Scott has always been quick to get back to me and explain in detail how to mange any situation that has come up. His staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Claudia is always quick to return calls and emails. Thanks guys!"

"Terrible experience. They never pick up the phone and I requested prompt assistance on a transfer of a rental insurance policy. After poking our email thread several times, still no response. I will definitely be looking for another agent in the Chicago area."
